Using DAILY
DAILY at playdailygame.com is operated by Martim Ferreira. By using the service, you agree to these rules. DAILY currently offers a free daily football challenge. Availability, clues and features may change or be interrupted while we maintain the service.
Your account and public profile
Keep your sign-in credentials private. Use a name, biography and image you have permission to share. Do not impersonate others, publish private information, or upload abusive, illegal or infringing material. Public profiles and avatars can be viewed by other visitors.
Fair play and scores
Do not automate guesses, exploit bugs, bypass access controls or manipulate scores and leaderboards. We may correct invalid results and restrict accounts used for abuse. Leaderboard positions have no cash value and are not a promise of a prize.
Advertising and external services
If advertising is enabled and your consent permits it, advertisements are identified separately from game controls. An ordinary ad click never unlocks a clue or improves a score. Advertised offers and external websites are provided by their respective operators.
Required gameplay does not depend on accepting advertising. You can review optional tracking through Cookie preferences.
Optional support and ad-free subscriptions
Where available, Support DAILY accepts voluntary one-time tips for the game. These are not charitable donations and do not include ad-free access, extra clues, prizes or a leaderboard advantage. Available gameplay stays free.
DAILY Ad-free is a separate subscription at €1.99 per month or €14.99 per year, billed in EUR including applicable tax. The annual option charges the full annual amount at checkout, not monthly instalments. Your chosen subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Purchases are only available after payment setup is complete; ad-free sales also wait for advertising to launch.
Ad-free access begins after payment confirmation and removes DAILY display advertising while you are signed in to the purchasing account. It applies across devices using that account. It does not remove content or advertising on third-party websites. If a payment fails, is fully refunded or disputed, access can end or be suspended.
Open your account and choose Manage billing to cancel automatic renewal through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; it does not automatically refund previous payments. For billing errors, accidental payments, refund requests or help cancelling, contact mail@playdailygame.com. Any mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights remain unchanged by these terms.
Stripe processes payments and billing information. DAILY does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. Keep access to your purchasing account: signing out or deleting cookies prevents us from recognizing ad-free access. Contact support before requesting deletion of an account with an ongoing subscription.
Content, privacy and changes
DAILY’s original branding, design and game presentation must not be copied or misrepresented as your own. Football names and referenced marks belong to their respective owners; inclusion is not an endorsement or affiliation.
Read the Privacy Policy for information about data handling. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We will update this page when the rules change.
